Terms of use and license
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This agreement is between you and ZoniteAI (“we”, “us”), the developer of the VeyFrame app for Mac (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. License1a. Paid license2. Restrictions3. Your content4. Early access5. Third parties6. Warranty7. Liability8. Termination9. Changes10. Governing law
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Macs you own or control, for personal or commercial purposes, including making videos for your business or clients.
1a. Paid license (exporting)
Recording and editing are free. Exporting videos and GIFs, and combining clips, require a paid license. A license costs US $50, paid once through our payment processor, Wompi; it has no subscription and does not renew. After payment we email you a license key, which you activate in the App. Activation contacts our server once per Mac to confirm the key; after that, the App checks the license on your Mac without going online.
A license is for one person. You may activate it on Macs you own or control, but you may not share, publish, or sell your key, or let others use it. We may refuse to activate, or stop activating, a key that has been shared publicly, refunded, or obtained by fraud. A license covers the App as it is offered on this website; we may change prices for future purchases, which doesn't affect licenses already bought. If you have a problem with a purchase, write to contact@zoniteai.com.
2. What you may not do
- Sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the App, or offer it for download anywhere other than this website.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App, except where the law expressly allows it, or work around its license check.
- Remove or change any copyright, trademark, or other notices in the App.
- Use the App to record or share content you don't have the right to, or in any way that breaks the law or another person's rights, including recording people or conversations without the consent the law requires.
3. Your content
You own your recordings, edits, and exports. The App stores them on your Mac and never sends them to us (see the privacy policy). You are responsible for what you record and share, and for having the rights to any material that appears in it, including other software, websites, music, images, and people.
Backgrounds such as macOS wallpapers are read from your Mac and remain subject to their owners' terms. Check that you may use any background, music, or image in the way you plan to publish it.
4. Early access
The App is in early access. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and builds may contain bugs. Keep your own copies of anything important.
5. Third-party services
Some features use macOS services (such as speech recognition, Screen Recording, and sharing) or work with AI assistants you choose to connect. Your use of those services is governed by their providers' terms. We are not responsible for their availability, costs, or output.
6. Warranty disclaimer
The App is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that a recording will always be captured or saved.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, recordings, profits, or business, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for your license, or US $50 if you haven't bought one.
8. Termination
This license ends automatically if you materially breach these terms. When it ends, stop using the App and delete your copies. Your recordings remain yours.
9. Changes
We may update these terms for future versions of the App. The current version will always be on this page with its date.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of El Salvador. Questions: contact@zoniteai.com.
